Community

A community of people passionate about improving care and leadership at all levels in all roles across Scotland.

Our community is open to all who want to connect and engage across teams, organisations and sectors to share experience, ideas and to discover that there is more that connects us than separates us.

Leading to Change builds on both an emergent and inclusive community itself and also as a conduit to help create the space for other related communities to arise and take shape.

NEW – we have just published our report and co-created guide from our Community Events Series 3 – visit the report page and chose from reports, animations and infographics to find out more.

Building on the successful Community Digital Events series (2020 – 2022) we continue the ambition to help everyone in social work, social care and health explore and live their potential as leaders regardless of level and role through real connections with real people.

We have a number of different ways you can connect with our communities and each other so that you can find one, or more, ways to engage.
